Location: Kingsclere, Nr. Newbury, Berkshire. Andrew Balding has been in charge at Kingsclere since he took over from his father in 2003 and quickly established himself by training the Oaks winner, Casual Look, in his first season.
He has already enjoyed great success with Highclere having trained Bonfire to win the Dante and this year one of two year old stars in Harrow, to win two hugely valuable sales races.
He and his wife Anna Lisa, are the most generous of hosts on stable visits at their historic Park House Stables.
Andrew currently heads the trainer championship with over 130 winners and £4,000,000 in prize money earnings! Even if he is overtaken on Champions Day it will have been a quite remarkable season!!
