Charlie Fellowes is another young trainer that has not been slow out of the starting gates. Since taking out his licence in 2014 Fellowes success has gone from strength to strength, becoming a multiple Royal Ascot winning trainer that has a standout roll of honour at Group level in domestic and international meetings, including France, Dubai and Australia, notably Prince of Arran G1 placing three years in a row in the prestigious Melbourne Cup.
Highly talented and enthusiastic, Fellowes has consistently produced winners since the start, constantly looking to break his own records, ending the 2022 season with £680,988 in domestic prize money, the most he has achieved. His popularity as a trainer grew year on year resulting in the Fellowes operation moving from St Gatien Stables to historic Bedford Lodge Stables in 2019.
Fellowes is not shy to aim high and Royal Ascot has been a known happy hunting ground with numerous successes with the likes of Thanksbe, Onassis and Chiefofchiefs.
We are always warmly welcomed into the picturesque Bedford Lodge Stables and visits are thoroughly enjoyed. We look forward to another exciting season with Charlie in 2024.
